Do you charge a planning fee?
I do not charge a planning fee.


How many options will I receive?
Typically 2–3 tailored options with clear pros/cons so the choice is easy.


When is pricing locked?
Cruise prices change until a deposit is paid. I’ll hold space when possible and confirm deadlines.


Do you watch for price drops?
When the cruise line allows adjustments, I’ll check for eligible savings or promos and advise you.


How do I pay?
I’ll send you a secure, PCI-compliant credit card authorization form. You’ll enter your card details and approve the deposit (and, if you choose, future payments). Using that authorization, I submit the payment directly with the cruise line/supplier and send you the official receipt and updated invoice. Please don’t email or text card numbers. 


Can you help with flights and hotels?
Yes—happy to bundle air, transfers, and pre/post stays for smoother travel.


Do I need a passport?
Strongly recommended. Some closed-loop U.S. sailings allow other documents, but a valid passport gives you the most flexibility.
